A systematic review from 2011 found similar results: www.sciencedirect.com/science/arti... Women are less likely to report chest pain, and more likely to report nausea, fatigue, etc, but the differences are not enormous. The majority of both men and women present with very similar symptoms.

I think there's also some eliding of the general argument - that heart DISEASE often presents differently in women than men - and the specific point about heart attacks. Ofc, "attack" is a colloquial term anyway, but if we're being specific about MIs it's somewhat complex.
