Yes. And we need to understand why. Griswold established an expansive right to privacy. It created a prophylactic between the state and ourselves. The fascist project is to obliterate privacy so that the state can permeate and interfere in all aspects of our lives.
Sex and reproduction are the canaries in the coal mines of democracy and personal freedom. Fascists focus on sex for a reason.
