What’s the difference between Klöße and Knödel?

You’re asking the wrong woman… I think! Klöße is a starchy potato dumpling with croutons inside. Knödel is more like an English dumpling made out of breadcrumbs and/or potatoes.. Kinda maybe, from my experience a dumpling with a ton of starch or not 😜
