Cape May county brought over 20 new homes online per 100 people since 2000, the most by far. North NJ built wayyyy less than Central & South. I calculate the "New Housing Rate" using county-level new home warranties data from the NJ Dept of Community Affairs & Census 2000 pop counts.

Public K-12 enrollment in NJ (incl charters) fell 2.8% in the last decade. Only 2 counties grew their enrollment, despite most gaining population overall. & Jersey City is no longer has the 2nd largest school district in the state. It's Elizabeth SD now. glassbro.blog/posts/005_en...
