This is primary runup 24 Harris polling (RCP summary, but just reporting no skewing); doesn’t look that different from Biden. I imagine it’s hard to differentiate. You need to look at narrow specific questions rather than who would you vote for.

Is Harris a progressive or especially or even a black progressive favorite? I suppose it depends a bit on how progressive Progressive is, but that’s not really a debate I want either. I genuinely but respectfully question the premise of this point.

White voters are far more likely to vote for progressive candidates than black voters who have historically voted on Democratic party lines. As far as Kamala, most polls show her as a very unpopular candidate.... Plus she did terribly even among Democrats when she ran for president

It all comes across to me as Kamala Harris starring in Just not THAT Woman 2: Misogynoir Boogaloo.

Republicans being openly racist has gifted the Democratic Party all of the conservative Black voters and we can't seem to accept that the price for that is needing to accept a little bit of moderation in our national candidates.

Got tired of it after the 2000 imbroglio. It's gotten worse since then--and it really ramped up during the Obama years.
