Watching ET with my late Nan at her tiny local cinema. I’d already seen it; she hadn’t. But I was sure she’d love it. When the bikes took off, spontaneously she stood up and applauded. Then realised she was in the middle of a packed room and sheepishly sat down. It was the perfect reaction. Magic.

Funny, I went back to see it a second time with my gran as well...I wonder what percentage of ticket sales was made up of second viewings with grandparents!
