Thin them and eat the tender greens. Salads, soups, tacos… Collect the seed next time. I’m trying to let some seed, but the soil they’re in sucks.

That's a great idea, I've never tried the leaves. And yeah, I've got a problem with collecting seeds. Gardening laziness just makes more work later. We have red dense soil, and seeds are hard to start, but once they do, they do awesome. I mix with a little good soil to soften things up and to save $
