I've seen a lot of people reposting that false evacuation map, so if y'all could share the real evacuation map, that'd be great, because "Don't evacuate because you'd have to drive all the way to Mississippi" is the kind of disinfo that honest-to-God gets people killed

Here is the actual map of evacuation orders in Florida as of now. You can see that much of the panhandle is under no such order, and people who must leave needn't travel far. The state has arranged with Uber to provide free rides to shelters. www.floridadisaster.org/evacuation-o... 2/2

Another important caveat: that map shows the counties that have evacuation orders - it does not mean everyone in those counties needs to evacuate! Listen to local officials for details. (Example: www.venicegov.com/residents/ev...)
