Did you get them done privately? I’ve been looking for somewhere to get both

I had it as a child and was bedridden for a fortnight, but the incident that sticks in my memory was my immediate family getting hospitalised by it (and a secondary infection) a few years ago. I avoided it as i had had a different vaccine.

It’s an absolutely awful illness, and lots of people act as if it’s the sniffles. Huge gap between it’s perception and its danger

How many people are concerned about the implications of an aging society, support for parents and children etc, and are rewarded with this creepy weirdness as a pitch to them.

Yeah, I’m positive but more mixed about beehive (amongst other things it’s my Asda, and there are a few more unique shops there I’d miss). I think that compared to eg coopers they’ve a clear plan, lots of demand and yet still it’s a slow process.

Even the plans for the beehive- which do have some real downsides for locals- seem to have been put back despite the desperate need for lab space

The speed of building in Cambridge (outside of the area around the train station) is really a shock to me. Go down Newmarket Road and so many undeveloped spaces that are in some form of limbo, next door to flash offices and accommodation

My question is why are so many people in Cambridge BANANAs - Build Absolutely Nothing Anywhere Near Anyone - it's not NIMBY in this because the reservoir is miles away

Thanks for sharing! Not my area but interested to read.
