Ray has our backs! :) Cabbage and sausage, I can do. Sauerkraut, no. Mom used to make sauerkraut filled perogies. *shudder*
I love perogies but with cabbage mixed with pork. I've never had them with sauerkraut. We have a regional thing called Runzas here. They are pretty good. Baked bread stuffed with beef and cabbage.
