How to refer to a group of Therians: Guys🚫 People🚫 Critters☑️ "Critter" holds so much euphoric power.

I'm not therian but as a system of mostly animal-people it's interesting that we think of "critter" as one of those words that someone 50+ might call us that doesn't quite fit. Like something only Yosemite Sam would say. That being said, one of us really likes the sound of the word, phonetically.

I used to describe everyone as crittees before someone got upset that it seemed dehumanizing and then I started calling everyone beans (which somehow is not dehumanizing) I think I am gonna go back to “critters” the humans can cope

A spirit I work with who has no human body is particularly partial to "creature" to describe her, especially when spelled wrong (such as "Creechur")

My head mates and I will often refer to each other as critters. There’s not a single one of us that’s full-time human in here. Though, we do put on the mask once in a while when we have to.
