I’ve come to fully understand that I am capable of being in control of my life, and my choices are of my own. I should not yield myself because I fear confrontation. I myself need to establish boundaries within my life and to do better about saying no, and expressing my feelings.

More importantly about giving people second chances, and learning who deserves them and who doesn’t. I’ve come to realize that in my past I’ve been to forgiving and naive to people I was afraid of letting go, and it’s made my mental health sick.
