Our hope is that these recs will chart the course for making ALS a livable disease w/i the next 10 years, which was our committee's charge. It was an honor to learn from the members of this expert committee, who care deeply about getting this right for everyone affected by ALS.

It's funny u posted about this! I've been searching for open ear headphones + they all seem to have terrible reviews. Will try the ones you recommended! (My new year resolution was to listen to audio books and walk every day, so I'm wearing earbuds more than ever and my ears do not appreciate it...)
I don't think the "accelerated approval pathway is bad." And I'm not asking for perfection, there will be some duds. But patients, even desperate ones, deserve drugs that work - and clear information on which to base their treatment decisions. 4/4
