It's incredible what people will give away, especially if it's someone else's data...not just students. Our IT system has a cloud computer on-site with access to a range of LLM models if you want to do this sort of thing (including with Chat functionality) without giving away data. But that requires actually engaging with what LLMs are and the limits of what they can do...
