I've got the Norwegian Blu-ray set too - it's utterly wonderful.
If you call a ticket "Anytime" it should mean any time. Southern also seem to be saying that 1 in 25 passengers are getting their tickets wrong, which seems to me to be a pretty high number? If I was Southern I'd be wondering what we could do to make things a lot more helpful and clear.
