Paul Reuben's unrealized dream was to make a Pee Wee Herman movie where the character gets some amount of popularity and becomes a massive jerk. "Big Top Pee Wee" hints at this with Pee Wee cheating on his fiancee.

Also this is Benicio del Toro's first movie and I am not making this up.
It never really transcends the boundaries of "moderately amusing," but it's fine for a lazy afternoon.
My worst movie experience was sitting through "Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within." I was with friends and couldn't leave and was so painfully bored that I would have welcomed an incident like that (and this was South Florida, so it was always on the table).
