I forgot a key thing. The vast majority (almost 100%) of environmental (non-hereditary) cases are among Type 2 diabetics. Many recognize the Alzheimer's first and reactively find out that they are diabetic. Mind your health. Please. It's too important.
I quoted him from the West Wing 5 minutes ago. Such an incredible actor. RIP Cleo MacDowell. RIP Chairman Fitzwallace.
I think you mean Mr Chairman…

If anyone has read this far, I appreciate you taking the time. It all sucks, but it's a reality that our parents and us are both at risk for. And the more educated we are, the happier and healthier we can all be. Love to all. Take control of your own fate. Out. 21/21
6. Read books to your kids like The Remember Balloons to explain aging to them. Read books like The End of Alzheimer's to take your fate into your own hands. 7. Finally--talk. Talk about it. To everyone. Today. It's a horrible thing but something we can all face together. 20/?
5. THERAPY. IT WORKS. I said goodbye to my dad 6 years ago and I'm the only one who can deal with it now. I'm still sad, but the person I'm dealing with isn't my dad. Just someone else that I love but don't know. It feels cold, but it's the only way. 19/?
4. Look at your own will/estate and speak to your family. My wife and I have an agreement that we move into a facility immediately after a diagnosis, even if it means living separately. It's the only way to save the caretaker. 18/?
