Hey same, I've always had a hard time staying focused and I have the woooorst memory ever, I can't remember anything unless I have an alarm for it 🥲 My brain is always foggy and all over the place, but because I've never been "hyperactive" outwardly, no adults ever suspected anything lmao

Sometimes I even wonder if covid affected me somehow since damn 😵‍💫 But then I look at my long to-do lists and realize that yeah, no wonder I struggle remembering all of that especially if I’m exhausted. But yeah same, I’ve always been rather calm and definitely not hyperactive so hmmh
