Worked with anesthesiologist years ago who would inject whole turkey with white wine, minimum 800 mls, then smoke it. Have also baked ham in an orange craft beer that was delicious. Experimenting is what keeps the juices flowing.😎

Injecting doesn’t take hardly any time at all ,you’ll find that it was time well spent when you take your first bite , I’m also a firm believer of injecting Ribs too I like the fact that the injection that seeps out doops as your rub binder 👍🏻👍🏻😎😎😎
