(no concrete advice, but "hypojargony" made me giggle)
If you get any replies please re-post because I too would love to see that resource! I have had to put almost all the mechanisms in a black box and just focus on the JAMA 2016 definition which stresses the pt's response to infection, rather than "overwhelming infection".
