I need some for the gym. Stupid fitness instructors turn the music up to ear-splitting levels and maybe I'm just old now.
And I don't hesitate to acknowledge that then. But I also try not to generalize. Some 25 year olds are awesome!

Good morning! I fell asleep an hour early then slept all the way through until 5 am. Then managed to get another couple of hours. Now I'm back in bed, still waiting for the coffee to kick in I guess! I did sit in the sun to try to wake up a bit and get my vitamin D.
