It is also funny to me, as someone whose brain issues - and the fact the only thing I had to be proud of as a kid was my excessively high performance in a bunch of useless but measurable scores - meant I did this WAY too easily and still do and let me tell you, it did not optimize me for success

It's always amazing to hear the rhetoric about Lina Khans's "radical anti-business" FTC, and then look at the actual policies and they are like "companies shouldn't be able to drain you like a leech for the rest of your life because you joined a gym once."
