Remember when he took a really long break from performing stand-up because shitty white people were laughing at his jokes for the wrong reasons? Just feel like bringing that up again.
He used to be a tight jokewriter too but I think his show made him get bloated. You can see his bits start to stretch out and he values Making Points over punchlines
One of his recent specials he tried some bit about Kevin Hart being fired from the Oscars and he so badly failed to imbue it with anything remotely funny or even insightful - it was just awkwardly off-key and sour. Textbook case of rich dude resentments and brainworms impacting his craft.

Also what really stands out to me here is "I'm really transgressive and I'm not afraid to say whatever I want, except when people get mad about it, that's scary."
Any time Iāve ever asked someone to explain to me why his shit is funny their only answer is āheās just saying things that trigger people/what we all think.ā No one ever has a reason to enjoy it outside of sheer cruelty.
Isnāt this the same guy who quit his own eponymously titled show because he felt people were laughing AT him and not WITH him?!?!
