Ummm. Capturing and transporting Wild gray wolves from Northern Rockies to Yellowstone was really hard and they used multiple wolves from different packs to get as much genetic diversity as possible. There were still a lot of doubts whether it would work. This seems harder.

I don't know enough about their methodology or the reintroduction site. There is precedent in Russia for this, but after 15 yrs with tigers sourced from all over their natural range they are up to .... 25 (?) individuals in the new RUS landscape. 2x that in the same amount of time in KZ seems hard
