I had to squeeze in a GP appointment today to renew my referral to my psychiatrist before a telehealth consultation this afternoon. After both I was left thinking, "Wow, what a lovely person." Between my trauma, depression, and ADHD I am SUPER sensitive to negative behaviour, so it makes sense.

I am also a nerd who likes to do his own reading and research, and come up with my own suggestions, so I need a doctor/psych who is open to listening to their patient and taking their suggestions on-board. It doesn't even matter if they disagree with me, as long as they listen and take me seriously.
