Maybe 2027. It's a hard sell to spend more money until you've actually seen the hit on the top line.
This hits the nail on the head for me. Unless we see a lot of additional rate cutting from the Fed, speculative investments will be hard to come by. Nobody’s taking big swings at 9% APR.
