Serious question here. How many can we take in ? There’s billions of people worldwide in unsafe conditions can we take them all ?

There are plenty economically successful countries with population densities many times higher than the UK. So I'd guess we could probably take another 300million folks.

The UK actively & aggressively recruits workers overseas. Meanwhile we refuse families like this reunification. We need people, but choose to leave these ones in misery. This is nothing whatever to do with how many people we can manage to take & everything to do with a performance.

Serious question: this is about people who worked for the British state who are being denied visas purely out of racism. Why should we take you seriously when you immediately make this about some "can billions move here?" strawman?

Bit of a daft question really. These are people with a proven family connection to the UK who are in a dangerous situation partly because of actions previous governments took in their country. If we can't help them then we're not helping anyone are we.
