The strongest evidence supported claims that anticipated culture, polarization and misinformation would be associated with policy effectiveness. Trusted leaders and social norms also increased adherence to behavioral interventions, as did appealing to social consensus or bipartisan agreement.

We had two teams of experts review all the evidence independent of one another to provide a rigorous evaluation of the claims. We also present a novel approach to analyzing policy evidence that could be useful for future pandemics, public health crises, climate change, etc.

That's a neat plot. I've been exploring evidence visualization and this is unique (haven't seen anything comparable). x-axis is like Evidence Readiness ladder and y-axis is effect size.
