PSA: Please stop referring to your employees as your family. That is not their identity and you certainly won't treat them like your actual family.
Just wondering Jay, can you recommend any 'must read' articles or studies on this topic? As in beyond standard Org identification stuff, but specifically addressing the negatives of the "family" approach or benefits of avoiding it?
