Despite solid rain in the latter half, we managed to get a softball game in in this weather- none of us was particularly happy about it, and it certainly did not help us get a win, but I'm so grateful to my team for being as awesome as they are #SoftballSeason#FaceMelters

With liberal use of the run/walk method after 2.5 miles, I finished my first 10k since 2016!!! I kept each walk to about a tenth of a mile, and tried to go .15-.25 miles running between. Was tearing up a bit after stretching at the emotions of having finished!! #RunningLife

Hot damn, goal was 3 miles for today, stretch goal was a little farther for a 5k, but despite tired legs I hit that and decided to keep going to 35 minutes!! Maybe not quite 10k ready, but I like my odds for being able to run a lot on Saturday ^_^ #RunningLife

Goal was 2.5 miles today, and I did it! Legs were tired from the start so I didn't want to push that too hard, but my lungs and general energy level were pretty good, so I felt confident I could at least hit my goal. Here's hoping I can hit 3 or so miles on Thursday! #RunningLife

The 10k I signed up for is next week, so I needed to take advantage of today to get out for a run- ideally I would have felt up for hitting 2.5-3 miles (goal is to run at least 2/3 of the race total, doesn't have to be straight through), but I'm glad I hit 2! #RunningLife

All right, had a prod meeting on my WFH day and donated blood yesterday, so an even greater delay than I expected from traveling last weekend! But a pretty solid run getting back into it, felt a little low energy overall, but my legs and lungs at least felt okay! #RunningLife
