The ends cannot justify the means. This wasn't done for the climate. It was achieved through harsh crackdown on unions in South Wales and England. The UK is a prime example of an unjust transition. www.theguardian.com/business/202...

I'm not sure this is entirely true. Thatchers attack on the unions to break the mining industry wasn't about coal power generation, it was about being able to import cheaper Russian coal. I think the two elements were separate rather than part of the same move. Definitely an unjust transition though

100% No mention of biomass (wood burning) either. It's a milestone but we still have millstones around the climates neck..
