There are a handful of important takeaways, not the least of which is that the reporting requirements are still highly concerning for a variety of reasons that any actual researcher will immediately recognize. There are also still rules against care for minors, doubling down on a sweeping ban.

sucks that things are so bad we have to celebrate things like this as a “win”, but I’m very glad this is being rolled back. Indiana native living in Mass and was very worried it’s just going to spread by osmosis next door.
