i was so sick of the flimsy plastic trays that always cracked at the seams at our old place and worrying about plastic and chemicals leaching into our ice, and i don't like that silicon trays hold onto the taste of freezer burn, but i didn't expect how elegant and sharp these new cubes would be

ok one of the bougie things i shelled out to upgrade our life in the new apartment was stainless steel ice trays and i'm in love! just cracked the first two batches.

ICYMI: E-fuels have been around for a century, usually cropping up as a solution of last resort (used by the Nazis when the war machine began to fail from lack of fuel, & by Apartheid South Africa during oil/gas embargoes). But climate crisis is sparking new interest in e-fuels

if you think about it, it's truly mind-boggling that chemtrail conspiracy theorists had to invent a whole type of pollution to worry about when carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases are RIGHT THERE. make it make sense!!!
