i have the world's worst hangover from moving yesterday! full body aches & a headache that won't response to ibuprofen to clarify, i didn't touch a drop of booze all day, just got extremely dehydrated while loading/unloading a 15-foot uhaul truck, ate very little, then slept horribly—from the aches

i feel worse than i did the day after running a marathon, and i *did* have celebratory drinks after that
