Also had to Google to compare Montreal with Helsinki, haha. Hope you enjoyed my city of Tallinn!

But definitely it would be better if the police could provide the name of the bank in Estonia, it will most likely be LHV or Swedbank, which are also very quick to try solving situations like this. I hope your friend can get their money back!

If your friend paid directly to the Estonian bank maybe they can look up for the sortcode (there are tools online) to find the bank. If not, and from experience, Estonian institutions are super cooperative and reply really fast. I would turn to Politsei.eeEestipank.ee in case nothing else works.

Marry Q-tip (bad, I know) but just feels like I'm factory resetting my brain for the day. Marry flossing, have spent too much money on my teeth. Fuck joint cracking, can live without it (very satisfying though).

Oh damn, a home cleaning schedule? Sounds exactly like something I could use, thanks for the (unintentional) suggestion! 🤩

Not my business but as someone who works in FinCrime this sounds insane. Does your friend know which Estonian bank it is? If he contacts them directly they will help! Estonia is quite good helping out with stuff like this.

I live in Estonia and can confirm, toilet paper is just too expensive here.

Good thing we have more options besides that joke of a social network
