One time my place got flooded by my upstairs neighbors when they broke a pipe. That rebuild took two and a half months, and it was an isolated amount of damage…and it was also clean water that started getting dried out on day 1. Soooo…yeah. Expand that exponentially and it’s bad, bad news.

Yes and it was JUST you so there was no worker shortage. You had roads and easy access to supplies etc etc.
