I feel that back in Jan 2021 Biden just thought he'd go away and didn't need or want the distraction. I have no idea why Garland sat on it so long. I also believe the non- Fox media secretly (or not so) enjoys the ratings and clicks TFG delivers.

garland didn’t sit on anything. the investigations began immediately. none of us like how it’s turned out, but knowing the facts matters.

My fantasy is that if Harris manages to beat the Electoral College she lets Jack Smith win the convictions, waits till sentencing then pardons on the condition he goes away. Then go after all the SC justices put on the bench by a convict.
