This is obviously a stunning bit of research and cultural history but I hardly enjoyed it because every primary character is so annoying.
Not necessarily the worst thing I’ve heard a politician say, but I can’t stop thinking about the sheer psychopathy of Eric Adams saying his favorite concert was the one where Curtis Mayfield was paralyzed. & ALSO that the music was good even though Mayfield didn’t play a note.
