Artober day 5 - fawn #art#deer#space

Digital art of a fawn curled up in a patch of grass and flowers. The body is dark blue to black with white spots going down the body until they form a swirling Milky Way formation on the flank. The fawn has a glowing white mark on its forehead.

It's important to realize how long scientists have warned those in power. Climate change is not somebody's fault for not recycling beer cans. It's the result of a fraud against the public by corporations who have flooded the zone with bribes and misinformation.

I have to say, when I saw the un-doctored 1972 Nessie Flipper photos for the first time (last year), I felt something close to heart break. I haven’t believed there was a monster in Loch Ness since I was a lad, but there was something brutal the mystery evaporating like that.

Happy Peanuts Debut Day! 74 Years! This ad is from one of the seven debut newspapers, the Chicago Tribune.

Ad for the comic strip Peanuts from October 2, 1950, as it appeared in the Chicago Tribune. It shows Shermy and Charlie Brown holding their hands above their eyes to shield them, standing below a traffic sign that reads "Watch Out For Children."

Took me an age to get around to finding it. Pretty sure I wanted it because I had a big blue Snorkel jacket around the time the film was out so Hoth Han was my favourite figure for awhile

It was a fun comicking challenge to try to (hopefully) guide the reader across, down, and then back up the page as naturally as possible. Thank goodness for sound effects and speech/thought bubbles - not to be underestimated!
