This happened to my concord grapes. The vine was loaded with fruit and I only harvested about a third before a raccoon climbed the trellis, stealthily, in the middle of the night. I can only hope his gluttony caused him intestinal discomfort later.

I've had it happen. I've had editors rewrite whole sections and not be consulted; found out when it went to print. It's always the worst "golly gee whiz" hokey language too. A sign of an editor who's bad at the job.

As you can see, the scarf is quite long. We changed the color of the yarn to mark special occasions. The big yellow patch, for example, is the cross-country trip we took in June. It creates a visual picture of how chaotic 2023 was for us!
