I don't rate him at all as a politician (I don't hate him bc I can't care) but that's different from he didn't win. He did! Sometimes mediocre people win lol

Also other systems also produce outcomes which can be argued to be unfair - there is no perfect democratic system of representation. Labour won within the established rules, without outside interference. Its not a "quirk". Its a win

It was also decided by a politicised supreme Court and it hung on a sliver of a % win on a state controlled by the brother of one of the candidates. You can say the FPTP is a bad system but this result is an expected outcome unlike the gore V Bush comparison
