Ooh I was obsessed with the peach ones for a bit!
Congrats!!
I’m excited to see what you’ll get up to next!
Finally biting the bullet and trying Scrivener is legit the only way I was able to even get started on my longform fiction. It uses movable scenes in an outline that lets me write whatever I feel like when I want to and then also lets me outline and it's very handy
Yeah I saw the sponsor after my initial response about suspecting it felt like a cover for something either personal or professional
Oh totally, nothing in their argument makes sense or is consistent
It’s feels sooo much like a cover for a personal or professional investment in Gen AI tools. I agree that all those issues are real, but genAI does not solve a single one of them in actuality
There is a vested interest on display here to conflate generative AI tools - which are typically the ones that people are criticizing - with *any* digital writing accessibility tools. They want to confuse people into supporting AI bullshit by making them think about e.g. auto dictation tools instead
I’m losing my mind??? Gen AI doesn’t address any of these issues???
As @noescapevg.com says in their own thread on that post, all of these problems are indeed real, but not a single one of them is addressed by LLM/content generation tools. Not even in a trivial way, either; they simply do not address these, at all.
