It’s also made the whole storyline about the progenitors from tng much more compelling! Very interesting to see that more fleshed out.

I’ve loved so much about this season! Most recently, loved finally getting to find out more about the breen, that’s been dangled over us for so long, and I’m really enjoying the dynamic between Burnham and Rayner

honestly now that it’s occurred to me that she’s probably replicating weave and braids i’m kind of here for it, think of the possibilities

That’s why I think there must be some replicator/hologram situation going on for the braids - before the discovery got back, burnham was mostly on that space station or rationing out dilithium while she tried to figure out what happened to the federation

I don’t think it’s a dumb question! I agree that folks would still be doing braids as a craft, but because not just anyone can do braids, and you do have to go back to the salon to get them redone on a regular basis, it seems like you’d need an on any ship/station solution in a post burn society

I mean I get it, I like to get braids when I know I’m gonna be super busy because then I don’t have to think about my hair, so it was super relatable that she got braids, I just wanna know how 😂
