Tax is great! Pays for good public services. One can't have good public services with a low tax regime. I enjoy reading and listening to Rutger Bergman on this topic. High earners and very wealthy should pay higher tax rate.

A prominent UK Union leader changed my perspective with the phrase: “Tax is Good.” He then went on to explain how Tax pays for all the things we want. One of the most pernicious evils of recent years is the relentless “tax is bad. We’ll cut your taxes” narrative.
