For as much impact as they have, the courts are undercovered. I am, most Republican policy goals are implemented through courts instead of legislation.
People seem to think it will be a big party for business, but they would get screwed too if they can’t rely on government standards and are subject to constantly getting sued with no predictable outcome.

If the Democrats in Congress had any self-respect, they’d just use any ruling to pass a law in response that put representatives-on-mission in charge of “legislative commissions” & made it so each department/agency hamstrung by Chevron reversal was now under such; and the law unreviewable by SCOTUS.
I can not fathom they rewrite this. The conservatives in this country want no regulations at all. Well, we saw what happened to financial markets in 07/08. Pure unfettered greed took over and almost destroyed the economy.
