A bit of an "off" taste. Maybe not off but perhaps a bit "gamey". That's not the right word either. It tastes like it had more acid & a faint whiff of maybe musk. It has a slightly more granular texture. If you were distracted & just started to eat it, it's ok. You would just notice it's different..

I'm relieved to see sheep yogurt described as an "acquired" taste. I tried goat milk once and it tasted like goat meat! (Maybe it was just the brand I tried.) I don't mind the taste of goat meat in curry, but not with my breakfast cereal or tea.
