A24 was able to accept the terms of the guild so the bigger studios have no excuse. I never understood how the industry could be run by people who have such contempt for their artists.

I don’t doubt the proposal was bad, but calling transparency a dividing tactic make it seems like they don’t trust their members to think for themselves.
