So it's full of people talking absolute wank, but sort of politely. Then people obliquely, meekly implying in replies that there might just be the slightest chance the original post was bollocks. It's like the passive aggressive Olympics.

I find LinkedIn very funny to scroll. Because as social networks go it's basically the #1 venue for terrible takes. But because it's a work network for your professional life, all the bad takes have to be delivered in a very businesslike tone.

... I'm pretty sure that the main guy goes into the back to say something like "the regular is here, make sure you double-schnitz this" but I can't quite make out what he's saying. At this point I'm too afraid to intervene.

In my local cafe I once ordered chicken schnitzel. I noticed the new counter person had put schnitzel in twice for the order but thought nothing of it, but two schnitzels arrived on the plate, which is more really than one man ought to... schnitz. I thought that would be the end of it...

Hah, I had a project that felt like it was going this way so every week I'd say "Hey so what's the budget for this?" and the project manager would bluescreen, and 6 months later the project was put on indefinite hold. 🎉
