It's going to rain soon, the mud and then the snow will stop the frontline from moving. And while it has been a tough year for Ukraine (in fact the toughest so far in this war) the Russian gains from almost several months of offensives are minimal and constitute barely 0.1% of Ukrainian territory.

Fingers crossed mud season will give Ukraine some time to address the most pressing issues they have. Some units have been fighting in the East non-stop for months and need rotations/replacements urgently
