Speaking of Manhattan for #EarthScienceWeek#outcrops in Central Park, NYC. Backdrop for movies like Elf, Enchanted, Home Alone 2 and a picnic spot for the doomed Amy and Rory who knew all about the geological timescale (#DoctorWho S7E5 'The Angels Take Manhattan'). 1/4
